At Golden Age Electronics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across the UAE.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — please check our current promotions for details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS. You can use this information to track your delivery in real time.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will make additional attempts or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Unclaimed orders may be returned to our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
