1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the request is made before the order has been dispatched.

After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return and refund if the following conditions are met:

3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
